The Bizconnexity method
From business problem to practical next move.
We don't sell a package and hope. Every engagement - big or small - moves through the same four stages, so the work you get is built on a clear read of your business rather than a template.

The method
Diagnose. Design. Deploy. Improve.
Not every business needs every stage, and not every service needs the full cycle repeated - but every engagement starts with the first two.
- 01
Diagnose
Where is the business now? What's actually blocking progress, what's urgent, and what would create the greatest leverage if it were fixed first? We work from your answers, not assumptions.
- 02
Design
We decide the intervention, the sequencing, the core message and the assets required, and set out a roadmap so you know what's coming and why, before any work starts.
- 03
Deploy
Execution - registration and admin support, a business plan, branding, a website, print, marketing, AI adoption or visibility support - done properly and built to be handed over.
- 04
Improve
We review what changed, what still blocks growth, and what should happen next. Growth is treated as a sequence of connected moves, not a single project that ends.

After you submit a Growth Audit
What happens once you send us the details
A consultant reviews your Growth Audit personally - there's no automated quote generated from a form. We read what you've told us about your stage, your constraint and what you're trying to achieve.
You get a specific response: a read on what to fix first, what can reasonably wait, and what it would take to move on the highest-leverage item. If we think a Growth Audit alone answered your question, we'll say so rather than push a service you don't need.
If the next step involves a paid engagement, we'll set out scope and cost expectations before any commitment - you decide from there whether to proceed, adjust or wait.
What we need from you
Information that makes Diagnose accurate
The more specific you are, the more specific our response can be.
- What the business does and who it's for
- What stage the business is at right now
- What's most urgent or most frustrating currently
- What you've already tried, if anything
- What a useful outcome would look like to you
- Any deadlines - a tender, a funding application, a launch date

Scope and handover
How scope is set, and what you own at the end
Before Deploy begins, we write down what's included, what isn't, and what depends on you - content, decisions, access or approvals. This protects both sides from scope drifting quietly.
Accounts, domains, source files and any credentials created during the work are registered in your name and handed over. You're free to take the work elsewhere afterwards; nothing is deliberately built to lock you in.
Where a service naturally continues - ongoing marketing, social media or search visibility - we'll be explicit that it's an ongoing engagement, not a once-off deliverable, before you commit to it.
What we will not do
Boundaries we hold regardless of the brief
- We will not act as CIPC, SARS, a regulator, attorney or accountant, or give legal, tax or financial advice
- We will not promise specific outcomes, rankings, funding approval or turnaround guarantees
- We will not start Deploy without an agreed scope, even for a small job
- We will not invent trust signals - testimonials, statistics or partnerships that aren't verified
- We will not treat compliance or accessibility as optional extras
- We will not keep assets or accounts out of your name to create dependency

Questions people ask before starting
No. Diagnose and Design happen for every engagement, even a small one, because we need to know what we're actually solving. Deploy and Improve depend on the work - a once-off print job improves differently to an ongoing marketing engagement.
We'll still confirm the constraint it's meant to solve before starting, briefly. It protects your budget - occasionally the thing you asked for isn't the thing that will move the needle, and we'll tell you that plainly.
It starts the moment you submit a Growth Audit. A consultant reviews it personally and comes back with a specific read, not a generic reply - timing depends on how much context you've given us.
You do. Accounts, files, domains and source assets are registered in your name and handed over. There's no dependency built in to keep you locked to us.
We won't promise outcomes we can't control, act as a regulator, attorney, accountant or SARS practitioner, or start deploying before the constraint and scope are clear. If a request falls outside what we can responsibly deliver, we'll say so.
