The only place this website collects personal information is through our enquiry forms - including the Growth Audit request, the contact form, and similar forms elsewhere on the site (for example, partner or affiliate enquiries).

Depending on the form, we may ask for your name, email address, business name, phone number, preferred way to be contacted, your business stage, the challenge you're facing, your desired outcome, or a free-text message. Fields marked as required must be completed to submit the form; everything else is optional.

We do not collect personal information passively through the site beyond what you choose to submit. We do not run advertising trackers, and if analytics or cookies are ever added to measure site usage, this policy will be updated to disclose exactly what is used and why before it goes live.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to understand your enquiry and respond to it appropriately - whether that's a consultant reviewing a Growth Audit request or replying to a general question through the contact form.

Our lawful basis for processing this information is your consent, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us. We do not use form submissions for automated decision-making or profiling, and submitting a form does not sign you up to any marketing list.

Every form on this site has a required consent checkbox. When you submit, we store the exact consent wording you were shown along with your details, so both sides have a clear record of what was agreed.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to keep a record of the engagement, and no longer than needed for that purpose. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal or legitimate business reason to keep it, we will do so.

Enquiry submissions are stored in our website's hosting and database infrastructure, used solely to operate this site and process the enquiries submitted through it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not share it beyond what is necessary to respond to your enquiry and operate this website.

Under POPIA, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate, and to request that it be deleted where we have no legitimate reason to keep it.
